Ralph Kikkert - Consulting Partner

Boards and businesses seek out Ralph for his innate ability to bring people together to problem solve and move forward. His experience, approachable style have gained him popularity and confidence with clients. Several clients have also sought his help to step in as interim General Manager.  His integrity, knowledge and first hand experience on both sides of the board table have won him the confidence of board members and senior staff people alike.

Ralph serves as board chair for DUCA Financial Services Credit Union, as a board member of Kestrel - an investment company, has been a school board chair, and operates a poultry farm with his family. He served as Controller and General Manager in a private business to STRIVE!  Ralph has also worked for Farm Credit Corporation for 14 years where he served in many finance related jobs, on the Ontario Senior Management team, and designed a national training strategy.

He has a MBA from the University of Western Ontario.  Ralph’s skills in strategic planning, facilitation, business turnarounds and board development consulting and his “get things done” attitude ensures that clients are always progressing towards a healthy state of governance.
