Mary Lynn McPherson - Senior Consultant

Mary Lynn was brought on board the STRIVE! team in 2002 after a distinguished career with Royal Bank. She brings experience from senior portfolio and team management in a business centre to policy and product development in the bank’s head office. Mary Lynn’s acute training needs assessment and curriculum development skills allow her to tailor a course of action to build a healthy board for client organizations.

Mary Lynn has chaired several boards and served as a committee or board member for numerous organizations giving her a great perspective on organizational leadership. She is an active member of Toastmasters and enjoys public speaking. Mary Lynn thrives on helping organizations be healthier and more effective, be it through board training, performance management and team coaching, or strategic planning facilitation.
